Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how B2B Digital Advisors LLC handles personal information collected through the website at b2bgtmadvisors.com (the "Site"), operated under B2B GTM Advisors, a brand of B2B Digital Advisors LLC, and through the communications and business relationships that begin with or follow from your contact with us.
Who We Are and How to Contact Us
B2B Digital Advisors LLC is the controller responsible for your personal information.
- Brand / website: B2B GTM Advisors (b2bgtmadvisors.com)
- Privacy contact: privacy@b2bgtmadvisors.com
For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, email privacy@b2bgtmadvisors.com.
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers personal information we process about people who contact us through the Site or in connection with it, across the full lifecycle of that contact. That lifecycle can include your initial form submission, our email and phone correspondence, scheduling a call, the call itself, and, if you become a client, the records we keep to contract with you and to invoice for our services.
This policy does not cover personal information we process on behalf of our clients when they engage us to perform marketing or go-to-market services. In those cases the client is the controller of that data and our handling of it is governed by our agreement with that client, not by this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us through the contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and company name.
Information from our correspondence with you. After you reach out, we collect the information you share with us directly through email, calls, meetings, and other communications. This may include additional contact details, the substance of your inquiry, and notes about our discussions.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain technical information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent choices. See "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below.
We do not ask for and do not intend to collect special categories of data (such as health, biometric, or government identifiers) through the Site.
How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.
- Evaluate and discuss a potential working relationship, and take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Provide our services, manage the engagement, and keep accurate business records if you become a client.
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.
- Comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests: responding to inquiries, business development, securing the Site, and keeping records of our communications. Our interest is conducting and growing our advisory practice, balanced against your rights.
- Steps prior to a contract: handling your inquiry and discussions when you are exploring working with us.
- Performance of a contract: delivering services and managing billing once you are a client.
- Legal obligation: retaining invoices and related records as required by law.
- Consent: where required, for non-essential cookies and analytics, and (if activated in the future) for marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Categories of Recipients
We share personal information only as needed to operate, and only with service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards. We disclose these by category rather than by named vendor, because the specific tools in each category may change over time. The categories are:
- Website hosting and content delivery
- Website analytics
- Cookie consent management
- Lead capture and customer relationship management
- Communication and messaging
- Scheduling, meeting recording, and transcription
- Contracting, invoicing, and payments
- Cloud storage, backup, productivity, and workflow automation
- AI and machine-learning services
Where AI and machine-learning tools are used to assist with productivity, notes, or analysis, we use them under terms that do not permit your information to be used to train the provider's models.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to understand how visitors use the Site. We manage these through a consent tool that records your preferences and applies them before non-essential technologies load.
Cookieless analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics method that does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track individuals across sites. Because it does not rely on cookies or store data on your device, it operates regardless of your consent choices and is used to understand aggregate Site traffic.
Cookie-based analytics. We also use analytics and tracking technologies that rely on cookies. These load only after you provide consent through our consent banner.
Consent Mode. Our consent tool supports Google Consent Mode v2. If you do not consent, applicable Google tags operate in a cookieless mode: they do not read or write identifying cookies and send only limited, non-identifying signals. If you consent, full cookie-based measurement applies.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the consent controls on the Site, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Marketing Communications
Not currently active. This section describes how we will handle marketing email if we introduce it. We do not currently send marketing emails or operate a newsletter, and the contact form does not subscribe you to any list.
If we introduce a newsletter or marketing emails in the future, we will only send them to people who have opted in, and we will rely on your consent as the legal basis where required. Every marketing message will include an unsubscribe link, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time without affecting any service relationship.
Advertising
Not currently active. This section is included so we can enable these activities transparently in the future. We do not currently run advertising on the Site, and we do not build or share advertising or retargeting audiences.
If we introduce advertising in the future, this may include using tools that create remarketing audiences or share audience signals with advertising platforms. We will update this policy and obtain consent where required before any such activity begins.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your information may be transferred to countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where we make such transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain an ongoing or potential business relationship with you. When that information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, invoices and tax records). We review stored contacts from time to time and remove those that are no longer relevant.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
